Neighborhoods: Ogden’s East Bench

Ogden is a city of neighborhoods and one of the most popular is the East Bench.  Nestled against the Wasatch foothills, the East Bench is all about the great outdoors.  There are few places as connected to nature.   You can be out your front door and on local trails in a matter of minutes.

The Central East Bench extends from Ogden Canyon south to Weber State University on the east side of Harrison Boulevard.  It’s located less than two miles from downtown and Historic 25th Street.

Nature and the city come together on the East Bench.

Start at your front door and hike or bike to spectacular vistas of Ogden.

The East Bench isn’t just a fair weather destination. It can be enjoyed year round!

There are a wide variety of homes and housing choices in this area from brick bungalows to contemporary designs.  Many of these homes come with both mountain and city views.  If you’re lucky, you’ll even be able to catch a glimpse of the Great Salt Lake from your front door or patio.

If you’d like to learn more about housing options on the Central East Bench, please reach out to me directly today.   I’ll be happy to help you sell your existing home and find the new home of your dreams.
